Lost account

    It's day 4 of waiting , 4 days lost , xp/bonuses / guild raids , still no concrete answer to my issue , only soon ..

    P.S. : I've tried to do the same "mistake" i did , and might be a bug with the Gamecenter app for iOs users when trying to logout/create new xp account .
    So at first i had this Mobile Id on Gamecenter in picture number 1 , after i created an account to the 101xp , directly from Era of Legends app and all worked good , both binded , same mobile id , the problem is that when i logged off 101xp , and logged in again with the game center , i had the same username just different mobile id (picture number 2) , i'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to work , but it doesn't seem right because the 2 accounts should be bound together , not split apart .
    When i lost my character , i might've tried to do the same thing , but for some reason on the 101xp account was saved with another mobile id , not the one that i had previous on Gamecenter . So there might be bug aswell . In my opionion , i repeat myself , the accounts should be bound together , not create a brand new Gamecenter account with the same Username , but different ID , and lost all chars previously saved there... 1.jpg 2.jpg

    Hello Quantum,

    Did you try logging in using the 101xp account button as you did when you bound them to see if your characters are there and not log in with the game center?

    Its great you included your ticket number! The ticket times are 5 working days, so if you made it on the weekend it may seem long.

    Yes is did ...tried uninnstalling , repair , another device with same Gamecenter account , but unfortunately the mobile id is still different from the one that i was using with my lost character :(
    And also the problem is that , for me at least , that there is no bound / bind button , it does it automatically , and that's also not so good ..

    6th day , 5th working day almost passed , still nothing .. i was in top 3 shamans..how should i catch up now ? This is just bs..

    Is there any “specialist” working on my issue ? Is it worth waiting ? Or should i just move on to other games ?

    i feel for you. my acct was lost friday april 12 when they did update. i have multiple tickets in and have not recieved a response and cannot login. i spent real money in game and seemly it doesnt matter to this company. so not sure what to do atm......

    Glad you submitted a ticket! Remember that the time on those can take 5 working days (doesn't count weekend days). The 12th was a Friday and then the weekend. No doubt we all want your account to be resolved so you can return to playing :) Pop in here again and let me know if you don't hear back by the end of the week.

    I let the ticket people know that you have been waiting on contact and resolve. Please hang in there a little longer so that they can resolve this with you. Thank you for being amazing and patient and for letting us know your still waiting :)

    well... its day 9 and my acct is still lost. i got a reply 2days ago and they asked me was my issue still relevant? wtf? im seriously considering calling apple and just getting a full refund for the enormous amount of money i spent on this game. then tag all my p2w friends and telling them not to play or at least not to spend money because this can happen to them as well. no point spending money then have them lose acct.

    I am glad that support got back with you. I hope that you let them know the problem persists. If you spent money on the game then I would imagine you would be motivated to work with them on it. Everyone does want to see you and others keep playing. But unfortunately, making frustrated threats doesn't hurry that process along. Only by returning the contact from support can anything be taken care of.

    its not a threat. its a simple statement of the facts. i havent been able to log since the 12th. ive sent multiple tickets. and had 1 respnose that was a bit rediculous. this shouldnt take this long to fix. if its unfixable then just tell me and ill move on to the next game. refunding will be my only option then, and as far as my friends go it will be up to them if they want to spend money or not.
