Hi everyone. Today I received email with 2 promo codes (mount and title), but can't claim it. When I try to redeem code, all I get is message saying "exchange failed" for both codes. A bit disappointing. Does anyone else expected similar isuue and how should I deal with it? Thanks in advance. you have exchange fail because your email client cannot see the normal/capital letters of the codes. if i copy paste the code with my samsung email client or Mozilla thunderbird mail client on PC, i can see the normal/capital letters of the code. email code looks like : AAAEIBCBOHUVPOBP Copy/paste code looks like : AAAEIbcBOhuVPOBp Best regards, Scred
Hello Oloon, If you signed up as a pre-register before the game opened you would have an email with your codes in it. Check your spam folder and if you have gmail, look under the promotions tab as it can land there as well.
The code from this thread were for people who pre-signed up before game release. That code set expired on the 20th of April. Presently there are no codes available for the game.
