    In this article we will tell you what to do if you have problems accessing your characters.

    In order not to lose the game progress, it is important to link it to any of the possible accounts. This can be done by clicking on the Profile button in the game lobby.

    How to log into your account from another device?

    In order to continue the game as a previously created character on another mobile device, simply log into the application using the same account:

    · Click on the Profile button in the main menu of the Era of Legends application;

    · Click on the “Logout” button at the bottom of the menu that appears;

    · If you see the warning "Attention!", Click on "Logout" again;

    · Click on the logo of the platform whose profile you want to use to enter the game
    Having done these simple manipulations, you will again get access to your characters. Nevertheless, in the process of authorization under the correct account, there may be a few more problems that should be considered.

    Trying to log into your account, you may encounter the following error message:

    Most likely, it is caused by the fact that you incorrectly made a log out from the guest account and somewhere pressed the button “Bind” or “Link” instead of “Logout”. Just go back to the beginning of the guide and try again to exit from the guest account.

    Finally, if you can’t get your previously created character and tried all the available authorization methods, it could happen that the character you are looking for is left attached to the guest profile for one reason or another. In this case, you need to write a request to the technical support service (e-mail: support@101xp.zendesk.com), specify the server number and the game nickname of the character that you want to restore access to, attach screenshots of payment checks if you have previously made in-game purchases on the lost character, as well as to specify the account ID on the portal 101XP.com or the email address that you want to use to enter the game.

    If my account connected to my Game Center and i want to change it to xp.com because i want use my account on my iPad mean other devices
    I just want change my account login can ?
    all the other games is working just this game not work with other device and same Game Center
    Please help quick
